" Aw Shit " The guy said while putting his hands up and looking at the cop. Another Cop came and put the guy in handcuffs then told him to sit down.

" Who are you to this young lady?" the other cop said while detective reese untied Niyah

" Im her boyfriend and thats my kid ," the guy lied about the boyfriend part

" Whats your name sir ?" the cop said

" Jerome " He said , the cop had smelled his breath and knew he was smoking weed.

Detective Reese first untied Niyah from the chair then he took the tape off her mouth and seen her busted lip.Then he told her to get the baby and follow him.The baby had stopped crying because she was watching all the stuff that was going on. & They went outside.

" Okay iThink We Should Take You Down To The Station" The Cop said to Jerome .. Then They Both Got Up And The Cop Lead Him Outside To The Cop Car . He put Jerome In .. And Jerome jus kept looking at niyah. Then the cop got in the drivers side and rode down to the station . he would send another cop out to go get Detective Reese Because he knew they would be a while .

*Detective Reese & Niyah*

" Whats your name ma'am?" Reese Said

" Janiyah " She said

" Okay were going to go back inside and i want you to tell me everything that happened okay?"

" Okay " Niyah said . They both went back in , And Detective Reese got his pad out an wrote down everything Niyah Told him ..

30 minutes later ..

" okay and last but not least .. what about the baby? do you have any family members she could stay with until you get back on ur feet? because DHS will not allow this baby to stay in this kind of enviroment " detective Reese said

Niyah started to cry .. " My father died when iwas young... and my mother is sick .. and way to old to raise a child but ido have a best friend i could probably get..." Niyah said


* Nicki&Safaree*

Candi had offered to take Macaiah home... then she went on home.. so it was just Nicki & Safaree in the house

" You think the baby is okay Faree?" nicki said

" im sure the baby is fine... for the 10th time " Safaree said. Nicki had been worried about that lil girl every since they got off the phone..

" I just cant believe this " nicki said

" yea me either .. " safaree said

Nicki and Safaree were on the couch downstairs .. Safaree was laying on nicki 's lap .. Nicki was rubbing safaree's head .

" you hungry babe ? " nicki said

" yea buttercup " safaree replied

" Okay ima go cook ! whatchu want ?"

" its up to you " safaree said . Nicki bent down and gave him a kiss then she told him to sit up

" i dnt feel like it " safaree said acting like a lil kid

" Sit up Fareee ! " nicki smiled

" Lemme get another kiss first " safaree licked his lips, this turned nicki on . She Bent down and gave him another kiss but this one was different ... it was a passionate kiss and safaree deepend the kiss and he sat up and turned around to put nicki on his lap .. trying not to break the kiss. Then safaree started to kiss her on the neck and he hit her spot .. and she moaned .. then Safaree phone rung and the kiss was broken ..
Before Safaree looked at his phone he said " ilove you buttercup"

" iLove you too babe " Nicki said while gettin off his lap to go into the kitchen , Safaree then answered the phone and he seen it was Niyah

Safaree : Hello?
Niyah : Hey Safaree
Safaree : Hey Niyah .. Is Everything Ok ?
Niyah : Not Exactly .. iWanted To Know If iCould Speak To Nicki
Safaree : Sure ...

"NICKI !! " Safaree said

" Whaat ? " Nicki said

"Come here , Niyah wants to speak with you " Safaree yelled

" Well bring the phone here nigga " nicki said in a ratchet tone . Safaree got up and gave the phone to nic

Nicki : Niyah ?
Niyah : Yea , Hey Nicki How are You?
Nicki : Im Great Darling , And You?
Niyah : Im Not Doin so Good ..
Nicki : Where Is Jasmine ?
Niyah : Thats what im calling you about.. iwas wondering if yall could keep her . just for a little while nicki! please ..the cops wont let me keep her

*Detective Reese&Niyah*

"You ready? " Reese said

" Yes" Niyah said , They both walked out and got into the car .. the driver drove to the destination that Niyah told him .. Niyah was holding Jasmine and talking to her ..

" iT wont be for long jazzy & be good for Nic & SB .. iLove You Baby" niyah whipsered to her

They pulled up to the house and Detective opened Niyah's door.
Niyah started crying ..

" No iCant do It .." Niyah said

" Come On Ms .." Detective said

" NO !! " Niyah screamed , then the baby started crying. And Detective Reese grabbed Niyah's arm to pull her out the car

" GET THE HELL OFF OF ME !! WHAT YOU WANA ABUSE ME TO? Whats WrONG WITH MEN THESE DAYS ? JUS BEATIN ON WOMEn ! " Niyah yelled , And Detective Reese let go of her and went to knock on the door .he kept lookin back at Niyah too make sure she wouldnt escape ..

Safaree opened the door and said " Hey Im Safaree "

" Hi , Im Detective Reese .. Im Having A Hard Time trying to get her out ... think you can help? " Then Nicki came up behind safaree to see what was going on ..

" Hello Miss " Detective Reese said
Then Safaree told nicki what was going on .. then they both went to go talk to Niyah ..

" Hey Niyah " Nicki && SB both said .. Niyah didnt say anything ..

" Hey Liddle Lady Bug " Nicki said while grabbing jasmines hand ..

Jasmine giggled a little ... and Nicki said "Niyah .. how about we make a deal .. you go get your self together.. everyday we will make it possible for you to see her .. " Niyah looked at nicki

" You Promise Nic ? " Niyah said

" Promise " Nicki said

" Thank you so much Nicki & Safaree.. " Niyah said while hugging jasmine

" Remember what i told you jasmine " Niyah said in between tears . Nicki And Safaree watched, and Nicki began to cry so she excused her self for minute .. " No Problem Niyah " Nicki said while walking back to the house.

" Get Better Niyah .. We Got The Lil Coonette .. " Safaree smiled and picked up Jasmine ..
