"Hey " the person said while walking up to Nicki
" Umm Hi .." Nicki said while walking around him and proceeding to the front desk. The person walked behind her
" NICKI !!! " The lady at the front desk said
" Shh !!! " Nicki said trying not to get noticed.
"Come in here..." Nicki's aunt said while pointing to a room that looked private. Nicki went into the room and looked back at the person making sure they wasnt trying to come in to.
" Is this little Jasmine i've been hearing about?" Nicki's aunt said while going to pick her up. "Yep this her, but can i ask you a quick question?" nicki said peeking out the window once more to make sure the person wasnt peeking
"Sure what is it ?" Keyshia ( Nicki's Aunt ) said holding Jasmine who had started crying
"does that man have a child or ...?" nicki said turning her head towards the person but then turning her head back towards keyshia
" which one " keyshia said
" the light skin one " nicki went to pick up jasmine to stop her from crying
" No, everyday he drops his little sister off, why ?" keyshia handed her jasmine
"Jus wondering " Nicki started to rock jasmine in her arms , and she was talking to her ... she knew it was going to be a hard time trying to leave her at this daycare with another person especially since she had gotten used to safaree & herself .
" Now let me ask YOU a question " Keyshia said putting emphasis on "You" and pointed to nicki
" Oh Gawd " Nicki said laughing
" When was the last time Jasmine seen her mother ?" keyshia folded her arms
" Not since we got her " Nicki said finally calming Jasmine down
" Are you serious? Does she cry alot ?" Keyshia couldnt believe what nicki had just told her. but on the other side nicki didnt understand why she was so shocked
" Obviously yes, but why so shocked ?" Nicki frowned
" You have to let this baby see her mother, every child has a personal connection with their biological mother , why do you think she cries so much nicki ?"
" inever really thought of it that way..." nicki said staring at the wall thinking
"Her mother is probably crying everytime this baby cries.. that connection.." keyshia said
" Thanks Auntie, but why is tht man still here? " Nicki said getting up to hug her. It was a little hug due to the fact that she had Jasmine in her arm.
" do you know him nic ? because he sure did look like he wanted to talk to you " keyshia said getting paperwork out of the desk
" Yes ,but i dnt want to talk to him.." nicki said
" Okay one second, but just fill out these papers i will be right back " keyshia said as she walked out and approached the person nicki was talking about
Nicki tried to hear what Keyshia was saying but it ws hard all she heard was mumbling. she continued to fill out the paper work. A few minutes later keyshia walked in and nicki seen the person leave.
"What happen auntie ?" nicki said looking up at her
" he told me that he was a good friend of yours and he had something important to tell you" keyshia said while collecting the paper that nicki had finished filling out
" and what did you say ?" nicki made a frown when keyshia said "good friend"
" i told him that you didnt want to talk to him at the moment " keyshia said
"i dont ever want to talk to him, to be honest " nicki stood up and walked out of the private room towards a room filled with kids . keyshia followed . while nicki walked in the room she noticed jasmine trying to point to something. she turned around and seen a play mat with spongebob on it and a bunch of toys on it . she walked over towards it and layed jasmine down on it .
" i think i got her from here " keyshia smiled
"okay ! let me know if you have ANY problems " nicki said emphazing the word "any "
" okayy byee " keyshia said
Nicki walked out the room still thinking about the person she seen in the room.. she got in the car.. she didnt want to tell Safaree about it . even though she knew she should have . they werent suppose to keep secrets away from each other .. Safaree noticed Nicki just staring out the window
" You miss jasmine already dont you ? " safaree smiled
" yep ! " nicki tried to put on a fake smile
" whats wrong ? " safaree put his hand under her chin and turned her head around to him
" nothing , safaree get off of me " nicki said pulling back
" it is ... why you not telling ?" safaree let go
" can we just go home ? im tired ! " Nicki turned the radio down and it was quiet for the rest of the ride..
When they got to the house Safaree went straight upstairs and nicki sat on the couch. she turned on the tv and tried to find something to watch but was failing so she decided to get on twitter..
@NICKIMINAJ : BARBZ ! She watched her TL go crazy... she about to retweet somebody then the phone rung " i got it " she yelled
Nicki : Hello ?
Person : Hey
Nicki : Who the hell is thiss ?
Person : Quan
*UPSTAIRS W/ SAFAREE*
Safaree heard the phone ring, so he went to pick it up... then a few seconds later he heard nicki yell she got it .. but being the newsy person he is he picked up the phone and put himself on mute . he heard there whole convo .
" What the fuck ? " safaree said under his breath .
